It all started with a thunderous inner voice that said, “What if we stopped working for vacations and started building a life in one?”. And with a simple thought, a team of dreamers with wildly different personalities, each bringing their superpower, set out to build a home away from home… in the magical chaos we lovingly call Goa.

We weren’t your typical hospitality professionals but techies with big hearts, bold ideas, and backpacks full of experience from the corporate world. So, we did what any logical, slightly adventurous IT folks would do. We divided and conquered because while the hospitality industry didn’t expect us to shake things up…We’re here doing just that. Together, we blended creativity, courage, and care—building a homestay and an experience you’d never want to leave.

Let’s be honest — when people think of travel, they picture plush hotels, sprawling resorts, and glossy lobbies. Homestays? Too many see them as a “plan B” — the cheaper, not-so-fancy fallback. And that’s where we said: “Nope. Time to flip the script.”

At Angie’s Homestays, we’re building a new kind of stay that blends warmth with quality, independence with comfort, and hospitality with heart. Why settle for a stay, when you can feel it.  We’re also big believers in doing things the right way. So no, we’re not trying to be another resort. We’re here to be real. To be thoughtful. To be different — in the best way possible.
